Once an order has been processed and shipped, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Shipping Address

Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking number will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Affordable Hijab USA is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier marks them as delivered.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
If a package appears to have been lost while in transit, please contact us so we can assist you with the available carrier information.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
